Business Development Associate

What you'll do

As a Business Development Associate, you'll proactively engage real estate agents and brokerages to generate referrals for Revive services.  You will engage referrals to close transactions and ensure success during the process.  You will also raise awareness of Revive and generate interest/referrals from Real Estate professionals.

- Passionately evangelize Revive to Real Estate Brokerages and Agents
- Understand and deliver compelling value proposition presentations on Revive services/platform
- Manage full sales cycle from targeting to prospecting to closing to transactions
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive efforts, in addition to handling incoming leads
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and sales targets  
- Outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn Build relationships & successful partnerships with Real Estate Agents and Brokerages

Who You Are:

- 2+ Years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
- 2+ Years of Successful Sales Experience
- Proven track record demonstrating ability to engage and use a consultative approach
- Strong Networking and Relationship Building Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communications
- Self-starter, someone who can work independently
- High-energy, Resilience, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working for a startupKnowledge of and experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
- Someone who will appreciate our sales culture:  Action, Urgency, Accountability, & Innovation...as well as someone who is hungry for coaching/development
