Senior Sales Executive

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Manager, you'll proactively engage real estate agents and brokerages to form/launch/grow partnerships to offer Revive services. You will own full lifecycle engagement with these partners - targeting, proactive outreach/engagement, sales process to qualify/form the partnership, partnership launch, and partnership growth/success. The launch/kickoff of the partnership is just the starting point...Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and drive positive results from the partnerships.

- Passionately evangelize Revive to Real Estate Brokerages and Agents
- Understand and deliver compelling value proposition presentations on Revive services/platform
- Manage full sales cycle from targeting to prospecting to closing to partnership growth/success
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive efforts, in addition to handling incoming leads
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and sales targets  
- Outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
- Build relationships & successful partnerships with Real Estate Agents and Brokerages

Who You Are:

- 4+ Years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
- 4+ Years of Successful Sales Experience
- Proven track record demonstrating ability to engage and use a consultative approach
- Strong Networking and Relationship Building Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communications
- Self-starter, someone who can work independently
- High-energy, Resilience, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working for a startupKnowledge of and experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
