We approve renovations that in totality take less than two months and don't require any major permits. Whether your home needs a fresh coat of paint or a full kitchen remodel, we don't have any minimums or maximums on project size or budget.
We want to make sure you don't have to pay back the funds fronted until your home sells. Once your home sells, we will get paid back during escrow. We even wait 12 months after the renovations are completed for your home to sell - no interest, no fees, no price mandates. If you decide you don't want to sell, then the money fronted will be due immediately. If the 12 months have passed, then the money fronted will be due - but rest assured, we've never had this happen on any of our renovations.
