Will my client's home qualify?

Our goal is to assist all agents maximize the value of their client's home. However, we do require that the homeowner have at least 20% equity - this ensures that Revive can get reimbursed after all closing costs and commissions are paid.

When does the homeowner pay back the money that was fronted?

Homeowners pay for services when one of the following happens — the home sells, the homeowner terminates their listing agreement with you, the home is no longer being actively marketed on the MLS, or 12 months pass from the Revive start date.

Can I use my own service providers?

You're more than welcome to invite your service providers to our platform. They can apply online and one of our team members will reach out to them to verify their informations and start the vetting process. We only work with a select number of service providers in each market to ensure the highest quality.

Can any agent use Revive?

Yes, all agents can use Revive. Our services are not limited to one brokerage or company. Whether your are an individual agent or part of a team of 500, any agent can use Revive. For mid-to-large size brokerage, we do offer the option to white-label our services. More information can be found here.
