Revive invested $87,730 in renovations, which included flooring, interior and exterior painting, bathroom remodeling, and softscaping, which instantly increased the property's appeal. Initially valued at $1,250,000, the updates led to a sale price of $1,500,000. The project not only resulted in a profit of $162,270 for Travis’ client, but also saw an ROI of 184.97%, and 20% increase in commission for Travis.
