This 1950’s, split-level home in a desirable Maryland neighborhood needed significant upgrades. After an initial consultation with the homeowner and realtor to understand their goals, we identified the critical upgrades necessary to maximize the home’s value. Upgrades included a full renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms, refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing light fixtures and door hardware, and new paint throughout. Our renovations, paired with beautiful staging and photos resulted in a full-price offer after only 4 days on the market.
